Reservation Procedure

Reservation requests are to be sent to our email address and a prompt response will be sent back to you. If you, however , do not receive a response from us, it would mean that your request hasn’t been processed.

If you decide to, for any reasons,cancel the reservation, it is necessary to do so at least 3 days prior to an already set date of arrival.

Full price for your stay in our apartments is to be paid out in cash upon your arrival.

Arrival / Departure to / from our premises:
Upon your arrival keys will be handed over to you and one of our consultants will show you the premises.

Upon your departure one of our consultants will come to collect the keys to our premises from you.

If anything is damaged the cost of replacement items will be billed to you, the guest, so we hope that our premises and items will be kept in pristine condition, that they have been found in.

It is our hope that your stay in Belgrade will be memorable, and we will be at your disposal to answer any questions that you may have regarding our great city.
